Caban periodically organizes informational walking groups, mobility workshops, and discussion sessions in and around Bandung, aimed at men exploring functional fitness later in life. These sessions are editorial and educational in nature — a chance to compare notes, ask questions of guest practitioners, and see drills demonstrated in person rather than read about them on a page.
Below is an overview of the 2026 session calendar along with the different session formats offered throughout the year.
An introductory session on joint-by-joint mobility assessment, held at a community studio near Jalan Purnawarman.
A recurring Saturday-morning walking group begins, focused on building a consistent aerobic habit in cooler early-day temperatures.
A panel-style evening session covering programming basics for men returning to structured training after a long break.
An informal gathering to review the year's training notes and set reasonable intentions for the months ahead.
Low-intensity group walks scheduled for early morning, typically lasting forty-five minutes to an hour, open to a range of fitness levels.
Seated and demonstration-based sessions covering a single topic in depth, such as mobility assessment or basic strength programming.
Informal, conversation-led gatherings where attendees compare experiences and ask questions of a rotating guest practitioner.
