Fueling an active, ordinary week

Nutrition works best when it supports training and fits the foods, schedules, and markets already around you.

Protein

Eggs, fish, tofu, tempeh, poultry, and legumes can anchor meals and help preserve lean tissue alongside resistance work.

Plants

Vegetables, fruit, herbs, and whole grains bring fiber and variety. Choose familiar produce rather than chasing a perfect menu.

Fluids

In Bandung’s warm, active days, regular water intake matters. Longer sessions may call for a considered source of electrolytes.

Before and after movement

  • Before training, a modest meal or snack can combine carbohydrate with a little protein.
  • After training, return to a normal meal with protein, fluids, and colorful foods.
  • Observe energy, digestion, sleep, and hunger rather than relying on a single number.
Consistency is often built at the grocery stall and kitchen counter before it is tested in the gym.
